I handle litigation matters in a bankruptcy case, including adversaries, confirmation hearings, contested 363 sales, claims objections, fraudulent transfer and preference proceedings, dischargeability proceedings, and any contested matter in a bankruptcy or adversary proceeding. 

High Wealth Individual Bankruptcies

I represent high-wealth individuals in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
